WWE Considering Significant Change For PLEs

Triple H thinking WWE

WWE is exploring the possibility of making a major change to its premium live events which will be good news to those who like an earlier night.

In recent years, fans in the US have experienced what fans around the world have for decades as WWE premium live events have taken place all over the world. The shows in Saudi Arabia were the first big adjustment with those shows kicking off at 1 PM EST while the Money In The Bank in London began at 3 PM EST.

There was an even more drastic shift for US fans when Elimination Chamber took place in Perth, Australia with that show beginning at 5 AM EST. And now it seems the company is considering a time shift for major shows in the US.

WWE Considering Huge PLE Change

PWInsider reported that both WrestleMania 40 and Money In The Bank will begin at 7 PM EST rather than what had become the traditional 8 PM EST start time. The report also noted that WWE is looking into moving all premium live events to that start time in the future but no final decision has been made on that yet.

WrestleMania 40 will be headlined by Roman Reigns defending his WWE Universal Championship against Cody Rhodes. Both of those men will likely become the first to headline consecutive nights of WrestleMania as they will also be part of a huge tag team match which sees Reigns team with The Rock and Rhodes team with World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins.
