WWE CCO Triple H Called Out: “That Horrible, Horrible Animal”
Veteran Vince Russo is angry at WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H.
Hunter has been under fire lately for a bunch of reasons. But after the WWE Saturday Night Main Event in Washington, D.C., the WWE Universe is furious with him.
John Cena lost his last WWE match to Gunther via tap-out submission, and the fans are extremely upset with this booking.
People blamed HHH, calling him out on social media platforms for ruining John Cena’s farewell.
That said, veteran Vince Russo also expressed his frustration with HHH on the latest episode of The Brand podcast.
He slammed Hunter for booking Cena to lose via submission in his last match and even called him a “horrible animal” for doing so.
“That’s what Cena’s whole career was about. Never give up to these kids. That’s what it was all about.
What does Triple H, that horrible, horrible animal- What does he do, bro?
He freaking has the guy who never gives up, give up. Like, that is the complete opposite of what should have been done. The complete opposite,” he said.
Vince Russo says Triple H Could Lose His Job
Elsewhere on The Coach & Bro podcast, Russo predicted that The Game’s recent booking might get him fired from WWE.
The fans have been feeling let down by HHH for the past year, given his repetitive booking and lack of interesting storylines.
I’m gonna make a bold prediction. I think that marked the beginning of the end for Triple H.
I’m gonna tell you right now because the people have turned on him, because those boos were not just for the finish of a match.
Those boos were for the last year, and the way this entire thing was penned out under his pen and under his guidance, and that’s where the boos were coming from.
And that very, very, very well could be the beginning of the end because there has been a turn on Triple H. [33:21 onwards]
