Does WWE’s Bronson Reed Want To Join The Bloodline Permanently?
Bronson Reed knows his role with The Bloodline in the WarGames match.
When WWE announced the Men’s and Women’s WarGames matches, it seemed as though it would be a four-man team of Roman Reigns, The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso), and Sami Zayn going up against Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline group with Tonga Loa, Tama Tonga & Jacob Fatu. Instead, WWE made it clear that there would be a fifth man on each team.
Bronson Reed is a Raw superstar who has had a breakout year after his August attack on Seth Rollins that led to memorable matches with Rollins and Braun Strowman.
During a November 15th SmackDown segment between Roman’s OG Bloodline and Solo’s Bloodline, Bronson Reed made his presence felt with a vicious attack on Reigns, along with his allies.
That attack by Reed was WWE’s way of adding the Australian powerhouse to Solo’s group. CM Punk was also added to Roman’s group, so it’s officially a 5-on-5 WarGames match. When Reed faced Rollins on the November 18th episode of Raw, Solo Sikoa helped Reed get the win.
While speaking to WWE La Previa, Reed made it clear that he wasn’t taking orders from Solo like the others in the group.
“I feel like me and Solo, we have a similar game plan. For me, it’s not only about helping Solo win and having these new guys win, but I want to be in the main event scene, and so does he. I feel like I can control on Monday Night Raw, and he can control SmackDown.
So we have a bit of an agreement here where he might not be giving me necessarily orders, but we’re thinking in the same vein.”
Bronson Reed Teases Potential Future With The Bloodline
As the interview continued, Reed was asked if he thought there was a future for him with The Bloodline.
“That’s something that I think we’ll have to…at the moment, I consider myself a bit of a mercenary. I come in, and if someone has the right game plan of the right amount of money or something, I’ll help them out. But as for something long-term, that’s something we’ll have to see what happens after Survivor Series.”
WWE Survivor Series takes place on November 30th in Vancouver and TJRWrestling will have full coverage of what happens at the event.
