WWE Announce Bizarre Way To Decide WarGames Advantage
Two WarGames matches will take place at Survivor Series but before the event, the advantage for both bouts is still to be decided.
WarGames sees two teams do battle inside a double ring cage match where one member of each team starts out and is joined one by one until all competitors are in the ring. Only then can the match be won, traditionally victory could only come by surrender or submission. This means that throughout the bout, one team will have a numbers advantage that can help them win the entire thing.
Historically, the villains have always found a way to claim that advantage, leaving the heroes even more of an uphill battle to fight.
At Survivor Series, two teams of men will enter WarGames as The Judgment Day will do battle with Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, and World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins. However, it is believed that Drew McIntyre will join The Judgment Day while WWE is planning a huge return for their opponent’s team.
Women’s WarGames Announced For WWE Survivor Series
On SmackDown it was revealed that a women’s WarGames match will also take place that will see Becky Lynch drafted into action alongside Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, and Shotzi to take on Asuka, Bayley, Kairi Sane, and WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY.
While the men’s WarGames match will see a big eight-man tag team match take place on Raw to determine which side has the advantage in that match, the women’s match will see something very different.
WWE has announced on social media that they are partnering with Ruffles for a fan vote which will see WWE fans pick which team gets the advantage in that match.
