Stars from across the wrestling world have paid tribute to the late, great Brodie Lee on the second anniversary of his passing.

On December 26th, 2020, the wrestling world was stunned to hear that Jon Huber has passed away at the age of 41. Huber died of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. Huber was best known in WWE as Luke Harper while in AEW he wrestled as Brodie Lee.

Two years after his untimely passing, the wrestling world has once again paid tribute to the beloved star.

Brodie Lee’s longtime tag team partner in WWE, Joseph Rudd – then known as Erick Rowan shared a photo of himself with Lee, The Ascension, and Charlotte Flair on a visit to see Santa Claus.

The Dark Order’s Alex Reynolds shared photos of the group with Brodie Lee as their ‘Exalted One’, saying he is “Grateful for the memories”.

Meanwhile, Matt Hardy said Lee is “universally loved and universally missed” and posted a lighthearted video of him posing with a thumbs up while Hardy was getting stitches in his head.

The official AEW Twitter account posted a video tribute, asking fans to share their memories of the star. Brodie Lee’s widow, Amanda Huber, shared the video and thanked the company for their support for both her and her two sons, Brodie and Nolan.

The WWE on BT Sport account shared their own message with pictures from his time in the company with Bray Wyatt and as Intercontinental Champion, saying the star was “gone far too soon”.
