Wrestling World Pays Tribute To AEW’s Bryan Danielson

Bryan Danielson

The wrestling world has unified to pay tribute to Bryan Danielson following his last match as a full-time wrestler at AEW WrestleDream.

When Bryan Danielson won the AEW World Title from Swerve Strickland at All In, the American Dragon’s career was already on borrowed time. Danielson made clear that when he lost the title, his illustrious full-time wrestling career would be over, and at WrestleDream, the worst happened.

Jon Moxley defeated Danielson for the AEW World Title in Danielson’s home state of Washington and if that wasn’t bad enough the Blackpool Comba Club looked to put a permanent end to him. As the group swarmed, Wheeler Yuta and Darby Allin came to Bryan Danielson’s aid but with Danielson now out of the picture, Yuta’s loyalty swung back to the BCC and he nailed Aliin with a Busaiku Knee.

Jon Moxley then handed Yuta a plastic bag to attempt to suffocate Danielson with before security and many stars from the AEW locker room attempted to come to his aid.

The show ended with Danielson receiving medical attention in the ring while a worried Darby Allin and Orange Cassidy looked on from ringside.

AEW Stars Pay Tribute To Bryan Danielson
