Women’s Iron Survivor Competitors Announced By John Cena On WWE NXT
NXT Gold Rush 2025 saw a bucket load of title matches and even saw some new champions be crowned across the two-week television special. In addition to the matches, another huge moment took place at the show.
All members of the men’s and women’s Iron Survivor Challenge were revealed on tonight’s show. Traditionally, several WWE legends announce each member of the match; however, retiring WWE legend John Cena did the honors this time.
Following his announcement of the men’s competitors earlier in the evening, the former Undisputed WWE Champion has also announced the competitors for the women’s match.
Field Set for WWE NXT’s Deadline following John Cena’s announcement
Instead of a qualifying match for any of the spots, like for the men’s Iron Survivor match, all five competitors for the match were announced by Cena tonight.
The first name announced by Cena was of the former NXT Double Champion, Sol Ruca. The high flyer will be joined in the match by another highly talented up-and-coming superstar, Lola Vice.

Kelani Jordan had something to cheer for tonight after losing her TNA Knockouts World Championship as she was the third person to be finalized for the Iron Survivor challenge, and was joined by her opponent from tonight, Jordynne Grace.
The final competitor in the match that was selected by the Never Seen 17 was a surprising but exciting one. He announced that the WWE Evolve Women’s Champion, Kendal Grey, will be competing in her first Iron Survivor Challenge next month.
