Will Ospreay Demands AEW Talks After Shock Title Loss

Will Ospreay

MJF is the new AEW International Champion following a controversial win on Dynamite and needless to say Will Ospreay is not happy.

The 250th edition of AEW Dynamite kicked off with a match worthy of a pay-per-view main event as Will Ospreay put his AEW International Championship on the line against MJF.

Ospreay and MJF tangled for close to an hour in an epic contest before the former AEW World Champion resorted to his tried and trusted tricks.

As the one-hour time limit neared its end which would have meant a draw and Will Ospreay retaining his title but following the referee being taken out, MJF used his Dynamite Diamond ring to clock the champion and pick up the pinfall victory with just two seconds left on the clock to become the new AEW International Champion.

Will Ospreay Wants A Chat With AEW Management

Taking to social media, Will Ospreay has now broken his silence on his title loss, sending a message that surely mirrored many fans’ thoughts as they watched it all unfold while demanding talks with Tony Khan and Christopher Daniels:

That f*cking ring!!! @facdaniels & @TonyKhan we gotta have words.

Given the nature of Ospreay’s loss to MJF, many fans are already expecting the two stars to clash again with a likely bout taking place in Wembley Stadium at All In.

Meanwhile, MJF has channelled WWE icon John Cena as he broke his silence following his first title win in AEW since he captured the ROH Tag Team Championship with Adam Cole at All In 2023.
