Will Ospreay Sets AEW Goal As He Celebrates 1st Anniversary
Will Ospreay has celebrated his first anniversary as part of the AEW roster and has set his sights on a lofty goal in Tony Khan’s company.
While still an active part of the New Japan Pro Wrestling roster, Will Ospreay signed his contract with AEW at Full Gear 2023. Ospreay told fans that he had NJPW business to deal with first and officially joined AEW on a full-time basis when his deal in Japan came to an end.
Since joining AEW, Ospreay has held the AEW International Championship twice, starting his second reign with the title in Wembley Stadium at All In when he defeated MJF.
Now Will Ospreay has taken to social media to acknowledge his one year anniversary as part of the AEW roster as he reveals his ultimate goal in the company:
It’s been 1 full year being All Elite. My gratitude to this fan base, the roster and everyone that makes @AEW
possible. Still so much more I want to accomplish in this company and have big goals to be the headliner one day. Thank you for having me
