John Cena will face AJ Styles at Crown Jewel.

This match wasn’t supposed to happen, or at least that is what The Champ portrayed to the world. He revealed that he used The Phenomenal One’s Styles Clash on Logan Paul to pay homage to Styles.

However, The Leader of Cenation took to social media to suggest a match between them, and the fans agreed. Following that, WWE agreed. It was later reported that WWE used social media to promote the match because John Cena did not have any dates for weekly shows ahead of Crown Jewel.

Bully Ray is not amused by John Cena vs. AJ Styles

The match between Cena and Styles is going to be quite the clash. The biggest factor is that the duo are phenomenal performers and have shared a rivalry in the past.

During the Busted Open Podcast, Bully Ray revealed that he is glad about the match but he isn’t blown away by it. He explained that it’s two good guys having a wrestling match.

I think it’s cool. I’m not blown away by it.

It’s likely the match was set up mostly for the fans, since it is a dream match for some.
