Why Triple H Allegedly Has A Problem With Drew McIntyre & LA Knight
Could Triple H really have a serious problem with two of his biggest stars in WWE?
Triple H walks a tightrope as the Chief Content Officer of WWE, trying to keep talent happy while knowing exactly what it’s like to not be used on shows in the way they might hope.
Some fans think Triple H might play favourites or have it out for the WWE stars they throw their support behind, and this situation has really come to the fore in the last few weeks over the Karrion Kross situation.
Karrion Kross and Scarlett are no longer WWE stars despite fan support for the duo growing exponentially over the past few months. Kross has claimed that a contract offer was pulled after he asked questions about it and that he was stopped from discussing his situation directly with Triple H.
But does all of that really mean Triple H had an issue with Kross? And does he have issues with other WWE stars? There’s certainly at least one person who thinks so.
Speaking on The Wrestling Outlaws, former WWE writer Vince Russo claimed that Triple H has a problem with stars such as Drew McIntyre and LA Knight, and it all could come down to how they look:
Everyone Triple H has a problem with, there is one thing they got in common. They are all impressive-looking, okay? Drew McIntyre is impressive looking, bro, and need I say Drew McIntyre is much more fierce looking and dangerous looking than Triple H ever was. Who else does he have a problem with? Karrion Kross… What does Karrion Kross look like? Who else does he have a problem with, LA Knight!
Triple H Planning More WWE Counter-Programming
One person it’s safe to say that Triple H and WWE do have a problem with is AEW boss Tony Khan. WWE is planning to counter-program AEW All Out with Brock Lesnar’s return match on a PLE that has yet to be announced.
Those plans continue to the end of the year as it seems WWE want to shift John Cena’s final match to run head-to-head with AEW Worlds End on December 27th.
