Why Scarlett Johansson Once Thanked Ex-WWE Star For Laying Hands On Her Husband, Colin Jost
Back in 2019, SNL stars Colin Jost and Michael Che had visited WWE RAW. During the flagship show, Jost claimed that he wasn’t afraid of any superstars which earned him Braun Strowman’s attention. He further agitated The Monster Among Men by questioning the authenticity of wrestling, resulting in Strowman lifting Colin Jost in the air.
At WrestleMania 35, Jost and Che entered the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. They were the final two participants in the ring alongside Braun Strowman. Instead of battling Strowman, Colin invited his “therapist” to the ring to help The Monster Among Men with the anger issues. Of course, the inevitable happened. Strowman attacked the therapist and brutally eliminated both Jost and Che.
Braun Strowman recalled this moment on his appearance on Sony Sports Network’s Braun Express. He revealed that Scarlett Johansson was actually pleased and thanked him since Colin Jost does not do the dishes, instead of being furious with The Monster Among Men.
Braun Strowman was released from WWE in May 2025
There is no ounce of doubt that Braun Strowman has been a mammoth force on the WWE roster. Unfortunately, the impact and talent he brought to the ring wasn’t enough to avoid the roster cuts in 2025.
On May 2, 2025, the wrestling juggernaut released The Monster Among Men. As per reports, the company did not think the salary compensation was justifying his current role and utilization in WWE. Furthermore, Strowman’s lingering health issues along with a partial leg left paralysis played a key role in the decision.

Interestingly, it has been speculated that WWE might be planning on bringing him back on a part-time contract in the future.
