Why Paul Heyman Wants WWE Star To Be Part Of The Vision
Paul Heyman wants a WWE superstar to be in The Vision for a specific reason.
In the main event of the WWE Survivor Series WarGames, Paul Heyman’s team beat a team led by the World Champion CM Punk. Heyman’s team consisted of Bron Breakker, Brock Lesnar, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul & Drew McIntyre, as they teamed up to defeat Punk, WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, and The Usos – Jimmy & Jey Uso.
It was a controversial finish because a man dressed in all black with a black mask and a hoodie climbed into the cage and superkicked a stunned Punk. The masked man also hit The Stomp on Punk. Breakker capitalized with a Spear to beat Punk.
As a reward for winning the match, Bron Breakker will challenge CM Punk for the World Title on the January 5th edition of Raw.
The masked man wasn’t revealed on Raw, but many people have predictions about who it could be. It was reported by Fightful that Austin Theory was the man in the mask at Survivor Series, but it doesn’t mean it will be him when the mystery man is revealed.
Austin Theory has been out of action for several months with an injury and would fit in with The Vision as a former US Champion in his late 20s with a bright WWE future.
Why Paul Heyman May Want Austin Theory In The Vision
In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reports that the manager of The Vision, WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman, has a good reason to want Theory in the group that also includes Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Logan Paul.
“Paul Heyman had wanted to bring Theory into the Vision, largely to make him a star and to protect Breakker and Reed from having to take pins.”
Fans will have to tune into WWE programming to see if Austin Theory joins The Vision and if Heyman gets what he wants.
