Why Nothing Has Changed For Brock Lesnar In WWE

Brock Lesnar WWE

Brock Lesnar seems to be on the outs in WWE and despite speculation ramping up in recent days, there is nothing to suggest that has changed.

Vince McMahon has been accused of sex assault and sex trafficking in a bombshell lawsuit that has rocked WWE. The lawsuit is against McMahon as well as the company itself and former Head of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis but it has had wider implications as well.

Brock Lesnar was implicated in the lawsuit despite not being named. The former WWE employee filing the lawsuit has alleged that Vince McMahon had offered her sexual services to Lesnar during contract negotiations between WWE and Lesnar.

As a result, WWE pulled creative plans for Brock Lesnar that would have seen the star return to the ring at the Royal Rumble. This also means that a planned dream match that could have taken place at WrestleMania 40 between Lesnar and Gunther is now off the table.

Brock Lesnar Rumours Run Wild Online

In recent days, murmurs turned to shouts online that Lesnar could be set for a shock return to WWE as he had apparently been added back to the company’s roster page.

However, despite Lesnar’s uncertain future in WWE, he had never been removed from that roster page at any point since the McMahon scandal broke meaning nothing has changed. So for those tuning into Monday Night Raw expecting a surprise entrant into the gauntlet match for a shot at Gunther and the Intercontinental Championship, it looks like you’ll be disappointed.
