Why Nick Aldis Is Taking Over WWE Raw
There will be a major change on WWE Raw in Kansas City as SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis takes over the show.
As is custom these days, Raw General Manager Adam Pearce took to social media to share what WWE has planned for Monday Night Raw. Pearce noted that on the April 28 show, Seth Rollins, Paul Heyman, and Bron Breakker will be on the show, where fans will be hoping for some explanation as to why Breakker shockingly joined the hated duo with a vicious attack on Roman Reigns.
Rhea Ripley helped IYO SKY and Stephanie Vaquer out of a jam when they were attacked by Roxanne Perez and Giulia on the previous week’s show. Now Ripley will take on Roxanne Perez in a one-on-one bout.
Adam Pearce Forced To Miss WWE Raw
Becky Lynch is also set to explain why she turned on Lyra Valkyria after the pair lost the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship one night after winning the gold at WrestleMania 41.
However, there will be one major change to Raw as SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis will be in charge of the show for one night only. Adam Pearce revealed he will be absent from Raw due to “doctor’s orders.” Pearce did not elaborate on his condition or confirm if he’ll be forced to miss more episodes of Raw going forward.
