Why Child Who John Cena Berated On WWE Raw Remains A Fan

John Cena on the mic on WWE Raw

Despite being on the receiving end of a verbal smackdown, one young fan still sees John Cena as his hero.

On the March 17th edition of Raw, John Cena explained his actions at Elimination Chamber, where he turned on Cody Rhodes to join forces with The Rock. As he berated the fans for for being hurtful and abusive towards him for 25 years, Cena singled out one Belgian youngster wearing his merchandise. After pointing the fan out, he said he was part of the “toxic, dysfunctional relationship” before announcing he was “breaking up” with every WWE fan.

The following week, Cena again spoke about the kid, mentioning that he put him on blast, and everybody loved him for it. As it turns out, so did the young fan.

Speaking to Berko on TikTok, the fan said he had followed Cena for a decade and understands he is simply being a heel character.

“Since I was four years old I have been a fan of John Cena. He’s been my hero for ten years now and he’s my favorite superstar. I paid to see him. When he pointed at me, it was a source of pride for me that he pointed the finger at me because I didn’t know he was going to talk down to me. I understood he said toxic and dysfunctional, but it’s in his character as a heel, so I understand. For me, John Cena is still my hero.”

John Cena Wants To Ruin Wrestling

As well as insulting children, John Cena says he wants to ruin pro-wrestling for everyone. After telling the Raw audience in Glasgow, Scotland that they were an “experiment like rats in a cage,” he laid out his plan to ruin wrestling by winning his 17th World Title by defeating Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41 before retiring with the championship, forcing the company to make a “new toy belt.”
