When WWE Is Planning Monumental John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar Match

Brock Lesnar F5 John Cena WWE

John Cena is a wanted man as his WWE career nears its end, and now it’s been revealed when and where he’s likely to get in the ring with Brock Lesnar.

Brock Lesnar made his shock return to WWE at SummerSlam, where he attacked John Cena after Cena lost the WWE Championship to Cody Rhodes. Despite Lesnar’s return, Cena does not find himself going up against The Beast Incarnate at WWE’s next premium live event, Clash In Paris on August 31st.

Instead, Logan Paul challenged John Cena to a match on that show, leaving fans wondering when and where the match between Cena and Lesnar will take place.

John Cena & Brock Lesnar Heading Down Under?

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted his surprise at the pivot towards the Logan Paul match, but revealed Cena and Lesnar will be clashing in September or October:

They’re doing [Cena] and Logan Paul in Paris, which surprised me because the angle was with Lesnar. They are obviously going to do the Lesnar match in September, October, I believe. Anyway, the Lesnar match, for whatever reason, they’re not doing it in Paris.

WWE does not currently have a PLE set for September 2025, with Crown Jewel following Clash In Paris on October 11th, which will take place in Perth, Australia.
