WWE Raw is heading to Netflix.

Back in January, it was announced that WWE was taking its flagship show to Netflix in a deal worth a staggering $500 per year.

In the coming months, SmackDown will also be on the move, while NXT is set to premiere on the CW Network with a huge show live show from the All State Arena in Chicago on October 1st. That show will also feature CM Punk.

Speaking at the Bash In Berlin post-show, Cody Rhodes confirmed Raw will arrive on Netflix on January 6th, 2025.

The confirmation comes after it was revealed the commentary team for the red brand will undergo several changes in the coming months. On September 2nd, Joe Tessitore will join Wade Barrett at the announce desk, but this will change again when the show moves to Netflix.

This will see Michael Cole and Pat McAfee return to Raw, with Tessitore going to SmackDown. In the interim, Cole and Corey Graves will call the action on the blue brand when it moves from FOX to the USA Network on September 13th.

WWE Not Involved In New Documentary

On August 29th it was announced that the long-discussed Vince McMahon documentary has a release date. The six-part series will premiere on Netflix on September 25th.

Although it was previously claimed the documentary would be co-produced by WWE Studios, this is no longer the case.

It should be noted that neither Janel Grant nor her team were interviewed for the documentary.
