What Was WWE Not Allowed To Mention On RAW

Triple H WWE boss

WWE was reportedly not allowed to mention a certain subject during last night’s episode of RAW.

This Friday, WWE is set to hold SmackDown in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, ahead of Night of Champions, which will take place in the same city the following day.

Meanwhile, tension has been rising in the Middle East amid the ongoing conflict involving Iran, Israel, and the United States.

Although recent reports stated that no plan changes are being considered for Night of Champions, despite calls to cancel the trip, a Sportskeeda exclusive claimed several WWE talent are uncomfortable with going to Saudi Arabia, dubbing the situation in the Middle East unpredictable.

On the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Bryan Alvarez and Dave Meltzer discussed why the Stamford-based company never mentioned the subject on RAW. Meltzer claimed WWE was not allowed to do so.

No, they weren’t allowed. They weren’t allowed to. They just were not allowed to mention anything on that. That’s probably one of the reasons why they weren’t allowed to address it, was because I don’t think they wanted those questions being asked. As far as everything, it’s potentially dangerous. Two Matches Added To WWE Night Of Champions Card, One Canceled

Last night on RAW, General Manager Adam Pearce informed AJ Styles that his Intercontinental Championship against Dominik Mysterio scheduled for Night of Champions was canceled due to the latter’s injury.

Meanwhile, Pearce made two other matches official for the premium live event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. After a backstage altercation between Sami Zayn and Karrion Kross, the two will go head-to-head this Saturday.

Rhea Ripley and Raquel Rodriguez will also square off in a Street Fight at Night of Champions after brawling last night on the red brand.
