What Next For Roman Reigns And The Bloodline?
After Survivor Series will Roman Reigns be sticking with The Bloodline?
At SummerSlam, Roman Reigns made his return to WWE to reclaim his position as Tribal Chief. During Reigns’ four-month hiatus, Solo Sikoa took control of The Bloodline and quickly kicked Jimmy Uso to the curb, while Paul Heyman was eventually taken out.
In their place, Sikoa recruited Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu. In response, Reigns has reformed the “OG Bloodline,” with Jimmy and Jey Uso getting back together, while Sami Zayn is also on board. Meanwhile, a returning Paul Heyman drafted in CM Punk as backup on the November 22nd edition of SmackDown.
The two sides complete with Bronson Reed will now battle for supremacy inside WarGames at Survivor Series, but when the fighting is all over, what comes next?
Roman Reigns To Keep The Band Together
As reported on Wrestle Votes Radio via SportsKeeda’s Backstage Pass Patreon, Reigns will continue to work with The Usos and Zayn after Survivor Series, but CM Punk will move away from the group.
“We are hearing that the plans for the OG Bloodline are to remain somewhat connected throughout the winter, as the group won’t be disbanding completely post-Saturday night’s Survivor Series. It is expected by many that The Bloodline story will be a focal point of the early Netflix Raw shows.
So TC, they brought all these guys back together—The Usos, Sami, Zayn, not CM Punk. I don’t believe he’ll be a part of it, but the four with Roman Reigns included, that story is going to remain all the way through the winter into the Royal Rumble and things of that nature.
So excited to see where this goes, as Saturday night likely won’t be the end of either side of The Bloodlines.”
During the same interview, Roman Reigns said he’s looking ahead to what The Bloodline storyline could look like in two or three years. The former World Champion also refused to rule out eventually facing The Rock, despite a WrestleMania match between the Hollywood star and Cody Rhodes appearing more likely.
