Indie Wrestler Vince Steele Dies After Medical Emergency At Show
Independent wrestler Vince Steele has passed away aged just 39 after an apparent medical emergency during a match.
Coastal Championship Wrestling, a promotion based in Florida, took to social media to announce the tragic passing of Vince Steele aged just 39:

Vince Steele Booked In Four-Way Match
PWInsider has reported that Steele was part of a show in Ridgefield Park, NJ for Brii Combination Wrestling where he was part of a four-way match before a medical emergency took place.
Steele had competed in the ring since 2004 and was most recently a regular in northeast independent companies BCW, ACE, and Florida’s CCW. Steele only competed in seven matches in 2024 with two of those taking place in Puerto Rico.
During his career, Steele shared the ring with WWE’s Joe Gacy, former WCW star Crowbar, and current AEW star Eddie Kingston. News of Steele’s passing comes just a few months after former NWA World Heavyweight Champion Jax Dane also unexpectedly passed away.
