Vince McMahon Allegedly Wants Revenge On Triple H
Vince McMahon has rarely been mentioned on WWE programming since he departed the company in 2024.
Despite quitting, he remains in the news due to various topics, including the lawsuit against him, his TKO stocks, and the launch of his new company.
Meanwhile, Triple H has been at the forefront of WWE’s programming decisions and has received positive feedback from fans and industry insiders.
McMahon’s new company, 14TH & I, will focus on sports, entertainment, and media.
Former WWE creative writer Vince Russo believes that this is McMahon’s way of avenging the humiliation he endured at the hands of his family and past employees.
While appearing on The Wrestling Outlaws podcast, Russo shared his thoughts about the former boss wanting his company back and his potential revenge plans on Triple H.
People just keep forgetting, bro. We gotta keep going back to the beginning of this story.
Stephanie, his daughter, his son-in-law, and Nick Khan voted against him coming back to the company. Bro, at that moment, it was game over, and peoeple keep forgetting that. They just have no idea of the vindictiveness, the ‘I’m going to get you if it’s the last thing,’ they don’t. That’s his mindset, bro. That’s the guy that he is, and unless you really know him, this stuff sounds crazy. It’s not crazy, man. [From 4:22]
Vince McMahon Likely To Reclaim WWE
On the recent Coach and Bro podcast, Russo also discussed the likelihood of Vince McMahon reacquiring WWE.
He and Jonathan Coachman broke down the recent Shane McMahon interview with TMZ Sports.
(When Shane is asked about) Vince buying back in some way, shape or form the WWE; face lightens up a bit. Talks about how dad still owns stock in TKO, and then we get the old, this is wrestling, never say never. (That’s) what I think is MORE THAN A MAYBE.
As Vince McMahon remains away from his company, WWE action will soon move to Saudi Arabia, with the Night of Champions PLE on June 28.
