Vince McMahon & TKO Could Work Out A Deal Under One Condition
Vince McMahon cut all ties with WWE in January 2024 when he resigned from TKO.
He stepped down from the role of Executive Chairman after former WWE employee Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against him, alleging sexual assault and sex trafficking.
In recent times, speculations around The Big Man’s next move claim that he might return to the pro-wrestling industry with a new promotion, or he might actually try to buy back WWE from TKO.
Vince McMahon can work out a deal with TKO
Something to Wrestle podcast, JBL gave his opinion about whether or not Vince McMahon will return to WWE.
According to him, the former Chairman can return if TKO and he can work out a deal that will be best suited to both parties. He further added that both McMahon and TKO are great deal makers, and their relationship needs to be economical rather than friendship for it to be considered.
I don’t know what his relationship is… I’ve seen Vince make deals for 30-something years… I’ve seen Vince in so many meetings, and I’m telling you, that guy is one of the best deal makers that I’ve ever seen. And if it makes sense, these guys at TKO are good deal makers as well… I don’t think it’s a matter of being friends. It’s a matter of economics. If it makes sense to both sides, I think they’ll do it… I think stuff tends to get worked out. [h/t: Wrestling News]
