Vince McMahon’s Stance On Launching Rival Promotion To WWE Revealed

Vince McMahon WWE

Vince McMahon worked tirelessly to make WWE what it is today. However, he is no longer associated with the wrestling promotion anymore, and a comeback seems to lurking around the corner.

When one says Vince McMahon’s comeback, it’s not that he will come back to WWE. The only way he can return to the global juggernaut is if he buys back WWE from TKO. Since the company is not for sell, that route isn’t going to work.

Amidst the rumors and speculations, The Big Man launched a new venture named 14TH & I, which will look into sports, media, and entertainment.

Vince McMahon will not launch a ‘minor league’

Latest reports suggest that The Big Man attempted to purchase a controlling interest in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship which is a boxing promotion based in Philadelphia.

On the other hand, since he launched a new company, it has left everyone wondering whether Vince McMahon is launching a new wrestling promotion that he will build from scratch. It so happens that Dave Meltzer from Wrestling Observer Newsletter confirmed that a close source of The Big Man has confirmed that he will not launch a ‘minor league’ wrestling promotion to challenge WWE.

He has a dominant mind, and will not try to challenge the company that he made the biggest wrestling promotion in the world. The source further revealed that Vince McMahon will produce ‘minor league product’ with a ‘minor league roster’, but be a ‘major league owner’. This would be a new way of representing pro-wrestling against giants such as WWE and AEW.

Apart from WWE, speculations claimed that Vince McMahon might look into purchasing TNA, but that purchase has obstacles that will be difficult to overcome.
