WWE Wrestlepalooza was a monumental event for the Stamford promotion.

It was also a highlight for former Chairwoman and co-CEO of the company Stephanie McMahon, as she was revealed as the first inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2026.

Retired superstar The Undertaker broke the news to her and the fans, when he made a suprise appearance before the main event match between Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre.

Apparently, the news was kept a secret from Stephanie McMahon by her husband, Triple H, and other higher-ups.

Triple H also shared an emotional backstage moment with his wife on his social accounts after the show ended.

During a recent episode of Story Time with Dutch Mantell podcast, the panelists discussed who could induct The Billion Dollar Princess.

Co-host, James Romero, asked Dutch Mantell the question if it would be Vince McMahon or The Undertaker.

The legendary wrestling manager did not believe it would be Vince.

Wait a minute. Imma go on record. I don’t think it’ll be Vince. I think they don’t wanna go back and revisit their time with Vince again. [49:26 onwards]

Hint Shows Vince McMahon Could Induct Stephanie McMahon

As Dutch Mantell and James Romero continued the discussion about Stephanie McMahon’s induction, Romero highlighted a key point that hints at Vince McMahon inducting her.

“If it’s not The Undertaker, it will be Triple H; it might be Shane (McMahon). I think it could be Vince because they keep slipping in Vince McMahon’s footage in packages, in historic packages. He was all over that Wrestlepalooza introductory package, you know. So, they’re slipping in Vince, again,” said Romero.

Vince McMahon has been involved in a high profile lawsuit filed by a former employee, accusing him of sexual assault and trafficking.

Stephanie McMahon and Triple H have also been accused of voting against Vince McMahon’s addition in the company’s board.
