Vince McMahon And Wealthy Partners Allegedly Plot To Re-Buy WWE

Vince McMahon WWE

Vince McMahon’s relationship with Saudi Arabia could help him reacquire WWE, according to a wrestling veteran.

McMahon was recently in the news for selling $250 million worth of his TKO stock, further sparking speculations about his real plans.

The former WWE Chairman’s latest stock move increased Endeavor’s holding of the company to 61.8%.

Meanwhile, the 79-year-old launched a new company, 14TH & I, which reportedly focuses on opportunities in the sports, media, and entertainment sectors.

Nevertheless, former WWE head writer Vince Russo believes the Genetic Jackhammer may be reaching out to his wealthy partners in Saudi Arabia to re-buy the Stamford-based company.

Vince Russo recently took to X to share his two cents about what McMahon may be secretly working on. He claimed that the former chairman and the Saudis might plotting reacquire WWE.

If you don’t think there’s anything there with @VinceMcMahon and the Saudis and their PLOY to buy the @WWE, it’s because you Don’t Know @VinceMcMahon.

It’s REAL, and it may have been the Plan from Day 1!!!

Vince McMahon’s relationship with the Saudi government is well documented

WWE, under Vince McMahon, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia signed a lucrative deal in 2018 that would see the company hold at least two events in the country for a decade.

Last year, TKO executive Mark Shapiro had spoken about McMahon’s relationship with Saudi Arabia, while also hinting at hosting more events than just two annually.

They have a lot of trust in each other. They have a lot of faith. We’ve been delivering on those events. Potentially we could look to do more events, but nothing is planned beyond those two events at this time. And we will continue to look at eventizing or festivalizing those WWE events more than we already do.

McMahon left WWE in 2024 amid being sued for alleged sex trafficking and sexual assault by former employee Janel Grant. Wrestling veteran Dutch Mantell recently predicted that the former chairman would settle the lawsuit for a huge sum of money.
