Vince McMahon Allegations Embarrassing Says Roman Reigns

Vince McMahon helped Roman Reigns become one of WWE’s biggest stars of all time and now Reigns has given his thoughts on the former Chairman.

The legacy of Vince McMahon will forever be tainted due to his actions away from the wrestling ring. A former WWE employee named Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis, alleging sex trafficking and sexual abuse in a January 2024 lawsuit.

That lawsult led to McMahon resigning from the TKO Group because the company’s executives felt like had to go. For more than a year, WWE has been operating without McMahon’s involvement.

Those allegations by Grant also followed two years of stories regarding McMahon paying off other women tens of millions of dollars in NDA’s (non-disclosure agreements) to cover up alleged incidents with other WWE women in the past.

During his 40+ years running WWE as the Chairman and CEO, Vince McMahon oversaw the creative direction of the company and took it from a regional territory to a billion dollar business. One of the biggest star that McMahon utilized in WWE has been the former WWE Champion, Roman Reigns.

Roman Reigns Embarrassed By Vince McMahon’s Actions

When the name of Vince McMahon is brought up to current WWE superstars, they tend to offer up a diplomatic response and move on to another subject.

While speaking to Vanity Fair, Roman Reigns gave his opinion on the allegations filed by Janel Grant against Roman’s former boss, Vince McMahon.

“She’s got to live with all these situations that happened and hopefully she’s in a place where she feels comfortable and she’s secure in her own place.

It’s embarrassing. That’s stuff you don’t want to hear about. You don’t want your family to hear about.”

It was noted in the article about Reigns that McMahon reached out to Roman last May for his birthday, but McMahon has completely removed himself from WWE business.
