United States Championship Match Set For 9/19 WWE RAW

The United States Title will be on the line during next week’s edition of WWE RAW.

During the 9/12 episode of Monday Night RAW, it was announced that United States Champion, Bobby Lashley will defend his title against Seth Freakin’ Rollins on next week’s 9/19 edition of WWE’s flagship program.

During a backstage segment involving Rollins being interviewed by Kevin Patrick, ‘The Architect’ referred to himself as the face of Monday Night RAW. Rollins’ comments drew the attention of US Champion, Bobby Lashley, who interrupted Rollins’ interview. ‘The Almighty’ told Rollins to prove that he’s the face of the show, to which Rollins challenged Lashley to a title match, next week. Lashley seemingly accepted the challenge because commentary then announced that the match was official for the 9/19 episode of RAW.
