Updated WWE SummerSlam Lineup; New Matches Added After Last Night’s Raw
Two new matches and a stipulation to an already announced match were added to SummerSlam during last night’s (August 8) edition of Monday Night Raw.
Chris Jericho wrestled Enzo Amore to kick off yesterday’s Raw, which Jericho won via disqualification. After the bout, Big Cass and Enzo challenged Jericho and Owens to a tag team match at SummerSlam, and Owens accepted the challenge. Roman Reigns vs. Rusev for the United States Championship was also made official last night by Raw General Manager Mick Foley after Reigns ruined Rusev and Lana’s post-wedding celebration.
The pre-existing match that had a stipulation added to it was the WWE Women’s Championship match between Sasha Banks and Charlotte. Banks defeated Dana Brooke during Raw which means that, per order of Mick Foley, Brooke is now banned from ringside during Banks and Charlotte’s SummerSlam match.
With SummerSlam under two weeks away, this is what the card currently looks like. Also, the order listed below is the order in which the matches are listed on WWE.com.
