Update On Vince McMahon’s Status Amid WWE Reacquisition Rumors
Vince McMahon’s fight against the lawsuit filed by former WWE employee Janel Grant is ongoing. However, he has faced a setback in recent times.
It so happens that John Laurinaitis and Brock Lesnar were named in the lawsuit alongside Vince McMahon. Laurinaitis cut a deal with Grant’s lawyers to provide evidence against The Big Man in exchange for dropping his name.
Of course, Vince McMahon is reportedly frustrated with the situation, but hasn’t made any public remark about it.
Vince McMahon isn’t without strong support
The lawsuit is based on sex-trafficking allegations alongside others. Throughout, McMahon has continued to deny them, and his legal team is preparing to fight it.
While this is ongoing, rumors of McMahon wanting to buy back WWE from TKO had surfaced, which TKO’s representatives denied. Nevertheless, people who have known The Big Man for a while have claimed that it’s not wise to assume something is impossible when the man in question is Vince McMahon.
An update from Wrestling Outlaws host Chris Featherstone revealed that The Big Man has the support of powerful people. This was disclosed to Featherstone in a private message from an individual close to McMahon.
There’s a lot more, but at the same time it says Vince has a lot of powerful people on his side.
While the text was reportedly about understanding McMahon’s reaction to Laurinaitis’ betrayal, it’s possible that the powerful support will help The Big Man in various ventures.
