Major Update On Bianca Belair’s Injury Amid WWE Hiatus
Bianca Belair has been absent from WWE since April.
At WrestleMania 41, she competed in a triple threat match for the Raw women’s title against Rhea Ripley and champion Iyo Sky.
While performing a high-risk spot, her ring finger got crushed by Ripley landing on it, breaking her knuckle and the joint. The finger swelled so much that she was forced to wear her wedding ring on her right hand.
During an interview, she admitted to thinking that the injury would take around 8-12 weeks off her schedule, but ended up taking more than six months.
In one of her recent Instagram stories, she replied to a user stating that she was contemplating undergoing surgery.
While Bianca Belair has yet to compete professionally, she has made a couple of in-ring appearances and was also the special guest referee at Evolution during a match between Jade Cargill and Naomi.
To cope with her time away, the 36-year-old took up crocheting and sign language.
Positive Update Emerges On Bianca Belair’s Injury
Bianca Belair has ensured to keep her fans updated about her injury status.
She did so again recently, posting a series of pictures that showed the swelling on her finger subsiding.

The third picture shows that she can wear her wedding ring on the ring finger, but the swelling is still noticeable.
While the subject of pain is still in question, it will be interesting to see how soon she returns to the squared circle.
Elsewhere, her WrestleMania 41 opponents, Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky, have formed a team, setting up a feud with The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane).
They will challenge Asuka and Sane for the Women’s Tag Team Championships on the January 5, 2026, episode of WWE Raw.
Also, the Royal Rumble PLE will be held in Saudi Arabia for the first time on January 31, setting up an event full of surprises and excitement.
Bianca Belair’s return may be on the cards if she has fully recovered.
