Major Update On Liv Morgan’s WWE Return Journey
Liv Morgan has started her journey back to the ring.
Morgan has been absent from WWE TV since June 2025, when she suffered a dislocated shoulder during a match against Kairi Sane on Monday Night Raw. The injury happened early in the bout when Sane executed a single-leg takedown, causing Morgan to crash awkwardly onto the mat, dislocating her shoulder. This injury required surgery, abruptly ending Morgan’s strong run. She was then sidelined for several months while undergoing rehabilitation.
At the time, Morgan was riding high as part of the Judgment Day faction and was the reigning WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion with Raquel Rodriguez. Her absence affected the tag division significantly, with Roxanne Perez stepping in as a substitute partner for Rodriguez.
Medical reports suggested an expected return in early 2026, although no confirmed date has been set. According to a recent update from Bodyslam.net, Liv Morgan has returned to the WWE Performance Center and resumed training after her shoulder surgery. This marks her first time back in the training facility since the injury. While details about her full recovery timeline remain unclear, this is a positive sign that Morgan is moving closer to an in-ring return.
