WWE management is keeping a keen eye on two NXT stars.

After debuting in NXT in May 2024, Ethan Page quickly made himself at home at the top of the card. By early July, he was already the NXT Champion, and although he eventually dropped the title to Trick Williams, he became North American Champion in May 2025.

In recent months, Page has repeatedly clashed with fellow ex-AEW star Ricky Saints, with the pair going to war over the title in a wild Falls Count Anywhere match at the Great American Bash.

However, according to a new report, Page is also making a big impact outside of the ring.

TV Executives Love NXT Star Ethan Page

Writing in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer noted that the CW Network, which broadcasts NXT, is a huge fan of Ethan Page. The star recently appeared at a NASCAR race on the network as WWE’s representative, and bosses reportedly want to use him as much as possible.

Page greatly impressed CW during this appearance and others.

Meltzer added that both Page and Ricky Saints remain on the “main roster radar” when it comes to call-ups.

During an episode of WWE: Unreal, Triple H suggested there is a vast performance gap between male and female trainees coming through the Performance Center. He said that for every great guy breaking through, there are five women who are equally as impressive.

The Game added that female trainees are picking up the intricacies of pro wrestling much quicker than their male counterparts.
