Two Matches And CM Punk Segment Confirmed For WWE Raw

Raw General Manager Adam Pearce has made three huge announcements ahead of the 16th September edition of Raw.

Pearce took to social media to reveal that two more highly anticipated bouts would take place at the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon this coming Monday. ‘Dirty’ Dominik Mysterio is set to square off against former World Heavyweight Champion, Damian Priest whilst Braun Strowman will meet Bronson Reed in singles action.

The two newly confirmed matches are in addition to the previously announced WWE World Tag Team Championship bout that sees the Judgment Day duo of Finn Balor and JD McDonagh defending against Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston of The New Day.

Also announced for the show is the return of CM Punk, who is expected to address his upcoming Hell In A Cell match with fierce rival Drew McIntyre at Bad Blood on 5th October.

WWE Raw TV Deal Revealed

It was recently announced that Raw that the show will be scaled back to a run time of two hours until it moves to Netflix. The change sees the show extend it’s stay on the USA Network temporarily before it reaches it’s new home on Netflix on 6th January 2025.

The short-term extension with USA, believed to be worth $25 million, was inked in May.
