Truth About Kofi Kingston’s Condition After WWE Raw

Kofi Kingston

The truth about Kofi Kingston’s condition after an unfortunate moment on WWE Raw has now been revealed.

In recent weeks, The New Day have been at odds with Penta, and specifically his Mexican Destroyer. Xavier Woods claimed his neck was injured by the former AEW star, as he claimed the move should be banned. In the weeks that followed, Kofi Kingston and Grayson Waller both suffered at the hands of Penta as well.

On the September 29th edition of Raw, Kofi Kingston looked to move on from that issue as he locked horns with LA Knight. The match was made after Knight and Kingston came across each other while both men made their case to Raw General Manager Adam Pearce for title matches.

During the bout, Kingston was hit with a big knee that led many to worry about his condition following the bout. Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer has reported some good news, however, as he noted that:

Kofi got rocked with a knee on RAW, but wasn’t listed on the internal injury report after the show, so apparently he’s OK

Raw also featured Roman Reigns making his huge return to the show as he reunited with The Bloodline. Jimmy and Jey Uso were able to gain a measure of revenge on The Vision as they defeated Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed in a tornado tag team match.

The show also saw Dominik Mysterio shock everyone as he retained his WWE Intercontinental Championship against Rusev. A huge tag team match was also made on the show for Crown Jewel in Perth, Australia, after a sickening attack.
