Trish Stratus Defending Unique Streak At WWE Elimination Chamber
WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus will be back in action at Elimination Chamber: Toronto and it seems she’s got a streak on the line.
After returning to the ring at the Royal Rumble, Trish Stratus was in attendance on SmackDown and in an interview with Wade Barrett, confirmed she’d be present at Elimination Chamber in her hometown of Toronto on March 1. But by the end of the night, it became clear she’d have a more active role on that show.
Tiffany Stratton defended her WWE Women’s Title against Nia Jax but that match ended in chaos when Candice LeRae interfered. The disqualification was called but LeRae and Jax continued their assault on the champion. Trish Stratus came to Stratton’s aid but was also taken out.
Later in the show, the WWE Hall of Famer confirmed that she will team with Tiffany Stratton at Elimination Chamber to face Nia Jax and Candice LeRae in a tag team match.
