Trish Stratus Making Shock WWE In-Ring Return

Trish Stratus returned to the ring at the 2025 Royal Rumble and now the WWE Hall of Famer is coming back for more.

In the women’s Royal Rumble, Stratus entered at number 25 and lasted a little over 13 minutes before being eliminated by Nia Jax. Charlotte Flair won the Royal Rumble and The Queen has now called her shot for WrestleMania 41.

For Trish Stratus, the bout was her first since losing to Becky Lynch in an acclaimed cage match at Payback in September 2023. In 2025, the Hall of Famer is celebrating the 25th anniversary of her WWE debut and she’s coming back for more.

On the February 14 edition of SmackDown, Trish Stratus was in attendance and in an interview with Wade Barrett she’d be present at Elimination Chamber in her hometown of Toronto on March 1. But by the end of the night, it became clear she’d have a more active role on that show.

Trish Stratus Comes To WWE Champion’s Aid

Tiffany Stratton defended her WWE Women’s Title against Nia Jax but that match ended in chaos when Candice LeRae interfered. The disqualification was called but LeRae and Jax continued their assault on the champion. Trish Stratus came to Stratton’s aid but was also taken out.

Later in the show, the WWE Hall of Famer confirmed that she will team with Tiffany Stratton at Elimination Chamber to face Nia Jax and Candice LeRae in a tag team match.

While Stratton was laid out in the ring, Charlotte Flair revealed who she was picking to face at WrestleMania 41 in her quest for championship gold.
