Triple H’s “Favorite Burial Tactic” Revealed By Ex-WWE Star

Triple H sledgehammer

Triple H’s journey from being a midcarder to becoming WWE’s top heel and now its Chief Content Officer is one for the ages.

His progress, though, has not been without its fair share of controversies.

In addition to being accused of dating the boss’s daughter to win favors, his peers have often accused him of burying talent as a performer.

Often referred to as ‘Triple H’s Reign of Terror Era,’ the period between 2002 and 2005 saw him get extended title runs, stalling the push of wrestlers like Booker T and Goldberg.

In the 2010’s his victories against CM Punk and Sting were also met with harsh criticism.

During a recent episode of Vince Russo’s podcast, former WWE talent Stevie Richards revealed the 56-year-old’s favorite burial tactic when he was a wrestler.

We need to talk about the history of Triple H, and his viewpoint has done a 180 from when he was a worker. What was his favorite burial tactic? What did he say to Vince? What did I witness him saying to certain people about certain people, which included myself, probably? That he’s not over.

Ken Kennedy, not over. Maven, not over. Zack Ryder, not over. Now, everybody’s over. You see what I mean, because it’s under his watch. But when he was competing supposedly for spots or protecting a spot when you’re married to the boss’s daughter, but you have to protect the spot. That’s how sick it is. Nobody was ever over. Triple H Making Himself Unfirable

Despite being WWE’s CCO, Triple H is vulnerable and can be fired by TKO.

A former name in the company has accused him of making himself unfirable by trying to become the face of the promotion as a leader.

During an episode of The Coach & Bro podcast, Jonathan Coachman likened his behavior to Dana White’s, who often paints himself as the face of UFC.

I have no issues if he made himself a character on the show. I would have no issues with that. But that’s not what this is. This is clearly trying to make yourself what Dana White already is for the same company that you’re under the same umbrella, because UFC has no like fighters come and go, but in WWE it’s different.

Wrestlers have much longer careers because they can kind of control how they fight, when they fight, all that kind of stuff. They’re not fighting just two or three times a year.

So, it’s completely different. Yeah. But I think we’re spot on. I think we are dead on about what his mentality is, what he’s trying to do, what he wants to make himself into so that he becomes unfirable if it ever came to that. I really, really do.
