Triple H’s best friend, Kevin Nash, is unhappy with WWE.

Nash has recently expressed frustration over WWE’s handling of nWo merchandise royalties on his Kliq This podcast. Despite nWo merchandise still selling well decades later, the WWE Hall of Famer revealed WWE has cut his royalty payments by 50% since its merger with Endeavor and the formation of TKO in 2023.

Nash said that royalty breakdowns have been replaced with vague lump sums labelled as “nWo intellectual property,” reducing transparency. He even threatened to sue WWE for forensic accounting if the issue isn’t resolved.

“When I was making huge money in my royalties, it was broken down,” Nash stated. “It would say, ‘nWo t-shirts, nWo women t-shirts.’ Now it says, ‘nWo intellectual property,’ and there’s just a number. That’s all it is. It’s gonna be a forensic accounting, and I’ll f***ing sue them, and that’s just the way it goes.”

Nash is a founding member of the New World Order. The nWo was formed in 1996 as a revolutionary wrestling faction initially consisting of Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, and Nash himself. Nash and Hall came into WCW as “The Outsiders,” and were soon joined by Hogan, who shocked fans by turning villainous and aligning with them, creating the nWo.

Speaking on his Kliq This podcast, Kevin Nash made a huge claim that Roman Reigns is above everybody else in WWE. This statement was a response to a fan question who labelled The Tribal Chief as overrated.

“I’m not [ready to admit how overrated Reigns is]. To me, man, when he comes out, there’s a charisma and a star quality to him. He’s another step above everybody else.”

Nash understands the qualities that make a true top star, and he sees those qualities in Reigns. His comments reflect Reigns’ immense status and influence in modern professional wrestling.
