Triple H’s Best Friend Slams WWE Booking Of Major Star

Triple H WWE

Kevin Nash didn’t like how Triple H booked Gunther after his big win over John Cena.

The 38-year-old star retired John Cena at the December 13th edition of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event. He made the Never Seen 17 tap out, garnering massive heat from the fans.

On the December 15th edition of Monday Night Raw, which featured the fallout of SNME, Gunther kicked off the show.

He entered the ring to heavy boos from the crowd. He boasted about his victory over the WWE legend and how he made him tap like a little b*tch.

WWE Legend Kevin Nash Is Disappointed With Gunther’s RAW 12/15 Promo

Triple H’s best friend, Kevin Nash, talked about Gunther’s promo on the recent episode of Kliq This podcast.

Nash wasn’t impressed with the promo, claiming that it could’ve been booked better to garner more heat from the crowd.

Nash added that The Ring General should’ve cut his promo in German. He said:

I was really disappointed with his entrance and his performance on Monday’s show… I was envisioning when Gunther came out on Monday that he would walk to the ring, he would show absolutely no emotion.

He was kind of glad-handing it. I thought that was wrong. I didn’t care for that. I thought that if he would have went out, got underneath the bottom rope, was handed the microphone.

If he would have cut a promo in German and then started to walk toward the aisleway as he was leaving, and then realized, ‘Oh sh*t’ and he came back and he goes, ‘For those of you that don’t speak German, what I was saying was, I tapped him out like a b*tch.’ F*cking mic drop, walk out. He would’ve had heat. Gotta have heat, man.

Gunther cut a similar promo on the December 22 edition of WWE Raw. But he was interrupted by CM Punk, leading to an intense face-to-face stare-down.
