Huge WWE Name Breaks Silence On Alleged Heat With Triple H
A WWE executive has spoken about Triple H and whether there is heat between them.
Bruce Prichard has known WWE’s Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque since he started in WWE as a wrestler named Hunter Hearst Helmsley in 1995.
Over the years, Prichard had many different roles in WWE, including as an on-air talent named Brother Love. After spending about a decade away from WWE, Prichard returned to the company in 2019 and is now locked in as the Executive Director, who is a key cog in the creative team and helping to manage talent. Behind the scenes, Prichard has played many roles in WWE.
On his Something To Wrestle podcast, Prichard spoke about his relationship with Triple H and said there is no heat between them, even though some people believe they have issues.
“I have nothing to hate him for, and in all the times we worked together prior to coming back, and look, I can’t speak for him. I don’t know. But, I do know how he treated me. He always treated me well.”
Triple H Would Be Where He Is Now Regardless Of Who He Married
There are also critics of Triple H who think that he’s only in his role as WWE’s boss because he is married to Stephanie McMahon and because he is Vince McMahon’s son-in-law. In Prichard’s opinion, Levesque would be in that spot regardless of who he married.
“So, he was a top talent, and obviously married in but, if he had married Betty down the street, he’d still be in the same position he is in today. Because he still has those qualifications.
He still has that love and that desire for the business, and that’s what I appreciate as well is we do share the same love and appreciation for the business. But always did, that’s the thing.
That is 100 percent just rumor, gossip, people going, ‘Oh, well, you know –‘ it’s simply not true, in any way, shape, or form.”
