Triple H Featured In White House Video Giving Health Tips
WWE Hall of Famer Triple H was featured in a health tip video shared by the White House.
The United States President Donald Trump, who is part of the WWE Hall of Fame in the celebrity wing, has several ties to pro wrestling. He is a longtime friend of former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, while Vince’s wife, Linda McMahon, is the Secretary of Education during Trump’s second term as President.
Paul “Triple H” Levesque is also a Trump supporter who is the vice-chair of the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition. Because of that role, Levesque has been at the White House numerous times throughout the year.
In a video posted by the White House, which is where Trump lives as the President, and is arguably the most famous house in America, Triple H appeared in a video talking about health.
“All right. We are outside of the White House waiting just to go into the Oval Office to meet with the President. People asking, what do you do during the holidays to stay in shape, to get stronger, to be healthy? The thing is, I think, if you’re just trying to figure that out, enjoy your holidays, enjoy the holiday season, take time, spend it with your families.
Do whatever it is to make you have a good time, but do something active. It could be simple.”
Golfer Bryson DeChambeau also spoke from the White House with health tips.
“What I would recommend is not only just through January, but through the rest of the year. Focus on every single day, doing some sort of aerobic activity—ten to fifteen minutes. If it’s push ups, pull ups, whatever it is, make sure you’re staying healthy and active. We know we’re behind screens all day long.
We know we’re not in the gym enough, but go out and make it a responsibility to yourself to become healthier in 2026. Keep it all the way to December next year.”
“Get Moving” – Triple H
The WWE CCO continued in the video, encouraging viewers to be more active in their lives.
“Just do something. Get moving. If America just gets moving, we’re all going to be stronger. We’re all going to be healthier. We’re all going to be in way better shape next year.”
John Cena’s final match at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13th took place in Washington, D.C., and WWE wanted President Trump to attend, but the President did not go to the event. Other government officials, like Robert F. Kennedy Jr., were at the event.
Meanwhile, WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley has declared he is dissociating with WWE when his Legends Deal expires. Foley doesn’t like how they support Trump, who said some vile things after legendary Hollywood director Rob Reiner and his wife were murdered in their home. Triple H and top WWE officials haven’t publicly reacted to Foley’s concerns.
