Triple H Shares Video Revealing How WWE Came Up With Penta’s Entrance

A video from Triple H has shown how the WWE boss contributed to Penta’s spectacular Raw debut match.

After several weeks of teasing, Penta made his WWE Raw debut on January 13th when he beat Chad Gable in a very good match.

The WWE debut of Penta was praised heavily because the former AEW Tag Team Champion looked like a major star right away due to a spectacular entrance that featured fire, pyro, and cool music that the fans loved.

In a video posted by Triple H on X/Twitter, the WWE Chief Content Officer was shown talking to WWE staffers about Penta’s entrance.

Triple H instructed the WWE staff to put some fire pyro by the entrance while also saying that he wanted Penta in darkness when his music hits. After Penta starts his entrance, the fire wall will appear behind him. That led to WWE including a clip of Penta’s spectacular entrance.

This is the second video over the last week where Triple H was shown helping wrestlers with their entrance since he also shared a video of Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga on SmackDown.

Penta Will Be In Action On WWE Raw In Dallas

It has been announced by WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce on social media that Penta will be in action on Raw in Dallas. No opponent was announced by Pearce.

John Bradshaw Layfield is a WWE Hall of Famer who was very impressed by the Mexican star’s WWE debut, and he also praised his opponent Chad Gable heavily.

“They [WWE] do debuts better than anybody else. It’s absolutely unbelievable. To put him out there with Chad Gable, Gable is God’s gift to wrestling, man. He’s just like a modern-day Kurt Angle. He can do absolutely anything.

He is so freaking talented and so good at what he does. He’s a lot like Kurt as far as what he does with his microphone skills, what he does in the ring, he can do comedy, he does serious stuff, he can be a great wrestler.

I mean, that’s the right guy, and that’s so important to put Penta out there with somebody like Chad Gable. Now, Penta, obviously, is a huge star. He’s gonna be a star no matter what. But you give him a guy like Chad Gable, and Gable helps make him.

I thought the debut was absolutely fantastic. It’s going to really help. This is huge, I think, for WWE, especially with the Latino population… He’s like Rey Mysterio. You say, ‘Rey Mysterio is one of the greatest Luchadors of all time.’ Rey Mysterio is one of the greatest of all time period.

This has nothing to do with any type of demographic, but it does help when you want to run Mexico, when you want to run the Southwest in the United States, to have a great Latino star, and he is absolutely fantastic.”

After Penta beat Gable, he did a promo in English and Spanish while also greeting his wife and children at ringside.
