Triple H Allegedly Unhappy With The Rock For Major Reason

Triple H might be secretly seething that The Rock’s not coming to work in WWE despite having 45 million reasons to do just that.

Triple H ascended to the top of WWE as Chief Content Officer after the downfall of his father-in-law Vince McMahon. However, many eyebrows were raised when The Rock was announced as a member of the TKO Board of Directors as part of a deal that meant a hefty payday for The Final Boss.

The Rock’s presence – or lack of – was a key talking point during the build-up to WrestleMania, with suggestions of disagreement over the creative direction that saw John Cena turn heel at Elimination Chamber as Cena, The Rock, and Travis Scott took apart Cody Rhodes.

But does Triple H have a secret grudge against The Rock that stems from even bigger issues?

Triple H Fighting Against TKO’s Money Men?

Speaking on The Last Word, former WWE star Jonathan Coachman suggested Triple H might not be too thrilled that The Rock is making eight figures from TKO, not to come to work:

When I look at Triple H now, I see a guy that’s trying to stay in the mix when all the money guys are on one side. The Aris, The Rocks, and The Rock getting $45 million to not show up, you don’t think that pisses Triple H off? That he gets $45 million, and we have not seen hide nor hair of The Great One since Elimination Chamber.

Don’t you believe there’s more going on because you don’t bring a dude on and pay him $45 million if you don’t think and ask him to do something in a major way.
