Why Triple H Is Allegedly Unhappy With R-Truth’s WWE Return

WWE Triple H

Triple H had said that R-Truth’s return was all part of the show.

R-Truth’s return at Money In The Bank shocked the wrestling world. However, Triple H may be unhappy about the former 24/7 Champion’s return, according to Hugo Savinovich.

While on Lucha Libre Online, Hugo Savinovich addressed Paul Levesque’s comments on the post-show Press Conference. He said that the fact that the Chief Content Officer of WWE stated that Truth’s return was part of the show indicates that he wasn’t pleased about it. Savinovich went on to claim that the reason behind Triple H’s displeasure with the situation was that he had fired Truth, but Nick Khan overruled it and brought him back.

“In other words, he brushed it off as just part of the show. That clearly shows Triple H wasn’t happy with R-Truth’s return. Triple H is not happy about Truth coming back. Why? Because he fired him. But Nick Khan overruled him. Triple H isn’t happy. What annoys me most is that in the press conference, when USA Today asked him directly about Truth, he replied, “Did you like the show? Then that was part of the work.” Come on. Even a child knows better. Nobody’s buying that this was scripted. He insulted their intelligence.”

R-Truth’s Son Indicated That Triple H Is A Liar

On June 1st, R-Truth let the WWE Universe know that he was no longer a part of the WWE roster through his social media account. Rumors quickly took the internet by storm, stating that Levesque was a key decision-maker in letting Truth go.

In a week since his release, the 53-year-old star made his return to WWE TV at Money In The Bank. At the PLE, he attacked John Cena and helped Cody Rhodes pin the WWE Champion. After the show, when Triple H addressed the return, he told the media that it was all a part of the show. Since then, in a now-taken-down Instagram story, R-Truth’s son indicated that he was a liar.
