Triple H To Turn Heel, The Rock Returning In Wild WWE Scenario
Of late, there have been speculations about Triple H returning as a character in WWE.
2025 has been a low point for the Chief Content Officer, considering how critically well-received the storylines were initially when he took over as the head of creative.
SmackDown, especially, suffered at the creative front, with several of its popular stars either getting drafted to RAW or not competing full-time.
The high price of tickets did not do the company any favor either.
The talks of Triple H returning intensified after the conclusion of Saturday Night’s Main Event, where he was booed by the audience at the Capital One Arena following John Cena’s loss to Gunther.
Triple H Aligning With The Rock Predicted By Ex-WWE Manager
A legendary manager not only predicted an in-ring return for The Game, but also The Rock, who has not appeared since the 2025 Elimination Chamber PLE.
During a recent episode of the Story Time with Dutch Mantell podcast, the 76-year-old presented a scenario where Triple H aligned with The Brahma Bull due to the fans turning on him.
He is a great heel anyway. Now watch Triple H because he’s going to take this, one thing in wrestling I’ve always used, and I think any booker that’s worth his salt… anybody that has booked learns by trial and error or by design or not, never fight the fans.
If they are giving you a message that they hate your a**, go with it. Because it’s easier to get them to hate you since they’ve started that way. I would lean into that deeper, and tell the fans I don’t care what you think. Now you go against the fans.
There’s got to be somewhere in here for Rock to come back somewhere… The thing is, if you know there’s a Rock, the real one at your request, at any time could step in, that’s a good feeling to have and that’s a good option to have.
