Triple H Teases New International WWE PLEs

WWE boss Triple H

Triple H has hinted at more international destinations for WWE.

Since WWE was purchased by Endeavour in 2023, the company has become even more focused on its global fanbase. While international PLEs were once a rarity, the promotion has now brought major events to the likes of France, Germany, and Scotland for the first time, as well as taking annual staples Elimination Chamber to Australia and Money in the Bank to England.

During a recent appearance on Flagrant, Triple H revealed that the company still has more international ambitions, with plans for major events in South America and Mexico.

“This year we’ll be in Paris, France. That’ll be off the charts. We’re going to go to Perth again, in Australia. The Middle East is always off the charts.

“We haven’t even touched South America, going to Mexico, all these things that are upcoming and we will be doing.”

Previously, Bad Bunny claimed that WWE was taking Backlash to Mexico in 2025. While that event has now been confirmed for St. Louis, Missouri on May 10th, The Game’s comments show that the rap star might not have been far off with the idea that the company is taking a PLE to the country in the near future.

WWE President Nick Khan Confirms Further International Plans

As well as South America and Mexico, WWE President Nick Khan has revealed that India is another destination for the company. Khan was speaking about the promotion’s partnership with Netflix when he noted that India was a “priority country” for the streaming giant, which also makes it important for the wrestling promotion.
