Triple H Salivating Over WWE/NBA Crossover At SummerSlam

Triple H WWE boss

Triple H has mastered the art of crossovers in WWE, and has brought in celebrities and athletes from other industries to play impactful roles in the squared circle.

The wrestling juggernaut had previously teased a potential match between Indiana Pacers’ Tyrese Haliburton and New York Knicks’ Jalen Brunson. While that did not move forward, the two NBA stars will meet in the Eastern Conference finals.

Knicks Star Josh Hart commented on the potential WWE match, and revealed that several NBA stars could be trying to sign a deal with the global company.

“Yeah, WWE writes a great script. There’s gonna be a lot of guys that’s going to be trying to get on WWE this summer”

Triple H teased a potential crossover with his response

It seems that The Cerebral Assassin has plans up his sleeve for SummerSlam 2025. He took to social media to reveal that his phone hasn’t stopped buzzing since Friday, and The Biggest Party of the Summer is making it’s way to Met Life Stadium.

My phone hasn’t stopped buzzing since Friday. #SummerSlam is coming to @MetLifeStadium in August…

This will be the 38th annual SummerSlam for the company, and it will be the inaugural two-night spectacle for the PPV.

WWE has a history with other sports for the pay-per-view shows such as custom championship belts in victory parades or athletes making their way to the ring in special appearances.

Triple H might be aiming to bring Haliburton vs. Brunson as a celebrity match for The Biggest Party of the Summer.
