Triple H Reveals New WWE Title Belts On Raw
Triple H was back on WWE television on Monday Night Raw as he unveiled all-new title belts for two of the brand’s newest champions.
At WrestleMania 40, WWE split the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship in a huge ladder match involving six teams. Damian Priest and Finn Balor of The Judgment Day held all the gold going in but the titles were retrieved by different teams ensuring their two-year union was now over.
Grayson Waller and Austin Theory claimed the SmackDown Tag Team Championship but the match continued until The Awesome Truth duo of The Miz and R-Truth were able to pull down the Raw Tag Team Championship belts.
Triple H Brings New Belts & Title Name To WWE Raw
On Raw in Montreal, Triple H took to the ring with Raw General Manager Adam Pearce to unveil new championship belts for The Miz and R-Truth. Gone are the red straps and Spartan helmets as Triple H revealed that The Awesome Truth will now be known as the World Tag Team Champions.

Of course, R-Truth didn’t understand what was happening and after thinking for so long that Tommaso Ciampa was Triple H, it shouldn’t have been surprising that he mistook WWE’s CCO for the DIY star. However, since they were in Montreal, The Miz explained to Truth in French that these were their new title belts as the confused star suddenly understood perfectly.
