Triple H Puts Ex-TNA Star Back On WWE Commentary

Triple H WWE

A new WWE concept has seen someone best known for their work in TNA make their long-awaited return to commentary.

WWE LFG is the newest show from the sports entertainment giant as it continues its partnership with A&E. Wrestling icons The Undertaker, Bubba Ray Dudley, Booker T, and Mickie James will act as coaches on the weekly show which combines legends and future stars.

A press release gave more insight into what fans can expect from the new concept and among the litany of legends listed as being involved, former TNA broadcaster Jeremy Borash is named as Executive producer:

“WWE LFG” will offer viewers an inside look at the rigorous training process, featuring iconic WWE Legends such as Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Shawn Michaels and weekly regular coaches Undertaker, Booker T, Mickie James and Bubba Ray Dudley as they mentor a new generation in weekly matches on their quest to become the next WWE Superstars. Executive producers for WWE are Paul “Triple H” Levesque, Lee Fitting, Ben Houser, Shawn Michaels and Jeremy Borash. Elaine Frontain Bryant and Brad Abramson serve as Executive producers for A&E.

But it seems that is not Borash’s only role on the show.

Jeremy Borash Returns To WWE Commentary

Boxing great Evander Holyfield’s son made his WWE debut in the first match of the new show and Jeremy Borash had one of the best seats in the house as he provided commentary on the action.

Borash was on the call with NXT’s Vic Joseph marking the first time he’s called a show since broadcasting with Tom Phillips – current TNA announcer Tom Hannifan – on 205 Live in 2020.
